2. New Home Sales

a. Builder Registration

Labeeb Homes is a registered builder in Ontario and complies with all laws and regulations under the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) and Tarion Warranty Corporation.

b. Offers and Agreements

All offers to purchase or agreements for new homes are subject to:

• Execution of a formal written agreement of purchase and sale

• Availability of the lot, model, or elevation

• Approval by Labeeb Homes’ head office

No verbal conversations, marketing materials, or online listings constitute a contractual offer. All terms, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice until a written contract is finalized.

c. Prices and Specifications

Prices, promotions, floorplans, and specifications are for informational purposes only.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue models, materials, or finishes at any time without notice due to supply changes, municipal approvals, or design updates.

d. Warranties

All new homes are covered by the Tarion Warranty Program, which provides statutory protection for workmanship, materials, and structural components as defined by Ontario law.

Any additional warranties or service commitments will be detailed in your purchase agreement.

e. Deposits and Payments

Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and conditions are outlined in the purchase agreement. All deposits are held in trust in accordance with Ontario real estate and builder regulations.

f. Cancellation or Refunds

Cancellations are handled strictly under the terms of the signed purchase agreement and applicable law. Buyers have the right to legal review and rescission periods as permitted under provincial legislation.

a. Purpose

The Labeeb Homes website provides information about our communities, homes, and services. Content is for general informational use and does not form any part of a binding offer or representation.

b. Intellectual Property
